Assist in creating yearly budget with the President
Quarterly updates on the status of annual budget
Communicate budget expectations and guidelines to other board members.
Help president make financial decisions that are in best interest for the board.
Keep track of expense log
Work closely with Propel to update QuickBooks

Maintain the Organization’s brand
Plan and coordinate events that are collaborative and educate about financial literacy
Book venues and/or restaurant spaces to host events
Create a relationship with potential sponsors for specific type of events
Have a structure of how the events will be best received
Oversee the event messaging and marketing strategy

Set goals on attendance and give updates on progress
Plan ways to get involvement at events
Determine potential organizations or businesses that align with our vision
Find donors and funders for That’s Their Dream
Reach out to different schools and organizations to offer That’s Their Dream youth programs
Gather gift card donations for event prizes
